Best Buy

Greeted at door and asked if I knew where I wanted to go for my visit. When I got to the gaming section, Denver quickly asked if I needed assistance and stayed with me throughout my visit while I chose items for myself and answered questions about an item for my son's birthday. He then escorted me to a register to bypass any lines at the door. I was in and out within 10 minutes with everything I needed. Denver and a few other employees were friendly, helpful and personable and allowed for a very favorable visit. I was even given personal experiences they had with one of the items I was buying which increased my excitement to get home and use it. Will definitely go back for future purchases.

We spent almost 30 minutes just trying to be waited on. They were not crowded at all and I saw several employees talking to each other. Supervisors said someone would be with us when available. I guess supervisors don't know how to answer questions in this store. No one ever came and we left. What is so sad is that it wouldn't have taken even 2 minutes of their time to help us, we would have bought what we were there for and left. As it is not, we will not go back just to be treated like as customers we don't matter. Fry's here we come.

The cellphone rep was very helpful along with her team. She helped me to even increase my no financing without even asking. I love pretty much all Best Buy’s but I appreciate the help from this one.

Their auto installation department is awesome! The tech, Troy went above and beyond to install our new amp and speakers. I would definitely recommend this location for all of your electronic need!

It's a Best Buy .... they've started pushing silly warranties on items when you check out. Good for electronics and techie stuff you don't want to wait for ups or FedEx to deliver. Competitive prices on some items. FRY'S is the local benchmark for pricing IMO.
