Best Buy

I needed to return an electronic item that I had purchased in another city. I had no problem with the return. The line wasn't so long and it only took about 5 to 10 minutes wait to get to a representative. I like how Best Buy has a roped line so that there is no confusion as to who is first or next in line. The whole process was good.

I took my Apple Mac laptop in to get it cleaned up and some viruses removed. They told me that one clean up is $150 but I could buy the service agreement for $200 and that covers all of my computers. Since I have another Mac and a Samsung I went ahead and paid for my service agreement. They never told me that they weren’t Apple certified. They called me and told me they couldn’t load the operating service because they weren’t Apple certified. So I had to take my laptop to an Apple store a get it reloaded. It cost me $75 where Best Buy was charging me $150. I cancelled my agreement with Best Buy. If you have an Apple don’t bother taking it to Best Buy. They only want to sell you a service agreement. I won’t do business with them anymore.

I got the best service there yesterday. My sister and I have both worked at this store years ago, but the service has really lacked the last several times I've been there. The guy I got yesterday that I forgot his name gave me excellent service while being super patient with me dealing with my young children and asking a million questions and he was so knowledgeable. The one question I asked that he didn't know the answer to he went and looked up and still answered. Definitely a top notch visit.

Went to Best Buy on Valentine's Day with my boyfriend after he received his income tax payment, came out with an OMEN gaming monitor, 1080 144Hz 1Ms 25 inch response time, for less than $300! The staff were definitely educated and knew exactly what we were looking for then went above and beyond explaining things to us and helping find what we needed. Definitely recommend this place for someone that's looking for more up close and personal help with finding what they need. Better pricing and quality than what we saw online!

This store has friendly and helpful staff but their selection of home theater systems is very limited. They also have very little new technology on display. It seems that when you walked into one 10 years ago you would have all the latest gizmos and gadgets but I went to a few hoping to test out a couple of VR systems and none of them have a display model or one for purchase for that matter.
