Best Buy

Had my TV setup for a service repair through Geek Squad. Estimated due date was 2 weeks out. It took them a month to get me my TV back and the repair wasn't even completed!!!! So not only did my TV not get fixed but I'm also out the $35 deposit that I paid!!! :[ This is just terrible terrible customer service. I will not use the Geek Squad ever again.... If readers are local and in Irving try Sam's TV repair shop.

Typical Best Buy experience. Store was clean and staff were helpful. Was in and out quickly which is exactly what I was looking to do.

I stopped here during lunch to get a phone case and a glass screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy S9. I found that most of the cases for my phone were sold out so my selection was limited I had some trouble finding the glass screen protector. I got to the register she asked if I would like geek squad to install the screen protector for an extra $7 I thought sure if they mess it up they'll take care of it. It took the geek squad an hour and a half to install the screen protector, I only get an hour for lunch so needless to say I didn't have an actual meal that day.

Average electronic store where CDs and alphabet go to die. Sometimes they have good deals, sometimes they don't. Nothing special anymore.

In other Best Buy locations I’ve found the sales associates to be pushy and even intimidating. But not at this location, the associates were very patient while I made a decision on my purchase. They were also knowledgeable on both the devices and the compatibility of various peripherals. Highly recommend this location.
