Fry's Electronics

I came for a chair. I found a few good looking chairs. For a change I could afford a good one this time. 15 chairs, but only 2 had prices. Waited for help, which is no problem. Others came first right? I actually had to chase this guy down who didn't know, and that was it. Found a nice chair elsewhere.

I do not usually leave an electronics store happy. I find that most of the people have no clue what they are talking about. Today was different. I went to buy a computer monitor and video card. The guy helping me was very informative and helpful. Frys also matches Amazons pricing so I got a good deal. I will be back.

This is a great store. The sales associates are all very knowledgeable and always happy to assist. Check out lines can get pretty long at times but it is what it is. Great products and competitive prices. Frys is my favorite local electronic store hands down.

This Fry's is clean. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. The lines move more quickly than the average Fry's...even during the holidays. The cafe is painfully slow. They could use more selection and higher quantities of what they do sell. Lots of empty spots with tags describing what I am there to buy. Just more of everything, really. And magazines. Camera accessories, The selection is just not what I expect when I go to Fry's. But our area is growing quickly and they might just be having growing pains with their stock.

Electronics, components, adapters, appliances, media, and a bunch of random awesome stuff like multi tools and old school candy. Help can be a little sparse in some of the more esoterric departments but generally speaking everyone there is helpful and they will find the person that can answer your question if they cannot. Great prices and their internet price match policy is really nice. I've also had to send electronics (a camcorder) for repair under warranty through the store, and they made it easy. I generally work on my own computers, but I've also heard good things about their in house PC service department.
