Best Buy

The nice thing about this best buy is that it is one of the least traveled locations, meaning, they always have stuff in stock. Also, the staff here is very nice and friendly. Really do not have any complaints about this location other than it's a little far out if you live more in the Dallas area.

Best buy is one of my favorite electronic place. The only thing I don't like is they can change your warranty that make sign and agree to with out informing you. So be on the look out. Other than that great store

The customer service here is OUTSTANDING. I had the most pleasant experience, the store was clean and well kept. The sales associate that helped me went above and beyond to compare customer reviews for us and he found a lower cost to price match. I like this store SO MUCH better than the Rockwall location.

Restored my faith in best buy. Older lady at pick up desk gets 6 stars all by herself. I wish I knew her name so I could write letters about her to the management. But all the staff I met were amazing. They actually helped me get an impossible order that I had given up on. Awesome place

Great customers service. Went in to get a program price match, did not want to get it st the store I found it at, and they let me get it for that cheaper price, as long as I had the proof. I love and trust Best Buy equipments, I would prefer to price match then go to another store.
