Very helpful and professional. My laptop crashed after an update and both my husband and I tried everything we could think of. I was so worried about losing my data (pictures, writing, projects, etc) that I hesitated taking it to a professional for fear they wouldn’t be able to help me. Waco Techs saved everything, and got it done sooner than I expected - AND for a reasonable price. Will definitely come back for any tech-savvy needs in the future!

They did a fantastic job replacing the screen on my daughter's Ipad as well as repairing my laptop, highly recommend.
