AMC Westbank Palace 16

Zack, the bartender there is awesome and extremely professional. Educated me about the town, I'm visiting from Richmond, VA, and made beautiful drinks. Make sure you stop by and say hi to him. Also the seats were great, clean, and comfortable environment. Popcorn was ok but other than that, a great place!

The new seats are very comfy as they recline and are spacious. The setup made me feel like I was watching from home. All that was missing was the ability to order from my seat. Anyhow, 5 stars for cleanliness, comfort, and good customer service.

Went on Mother's day. The concession stand was filthy and dirty. The bathrooms were nasty. Floors and toilets needed to be cleaned. The staff just walked over it and kept going. Young staff so they aren't trying to clean bathrooms. Waited on a manager for 25 minutes and he never showed. The new seating is great though! Snacks are high.

I went to see Avengers last night with my kids as a treat to my 9 year old. We sat in theater 9 and it was extremely hot! I went out to let a staff member know the issue and she says “yeah we know the ac isn’t working. Theaters 9 and 12 ac is broken. We can give you a refund.” How do you tell your 9 yr old we can’t see the movie because the ac isn’t working? Also unless they plan on refunding every persons ticket and closing theaters 9 and 12 until the ac is fixed, then my refund means nothing. Please fix the ac in both theaters and stop selling tickets until then. Thanks!

It's great at the least. Snacks should be cheaper though...I'd sneak some snacks in my bag when I go there. They expect you to come there hungry? No, I'm eating before or after. On the website said Standard 3D and I get there for them to tell me it's Prime. Please, get out of here with that. Otherwise, AMC is great I guess.
