America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I've been coming here for 10+ years. The past 4 times have been horrible. I never get a call stating that my glasses or contacts are at the store. I took my sister here 2 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten a call saying her glasses were ready. The employees act like it's extra work to go and check and see if the glasses came in. I'm tired of the attitudes every single time. My sister likes the ran bans and she wanted to try them on. Geez trying to find an employee to unlock them took 20 minutes. Once my eye care club ends I'm moving my family to another optometrist.

For me, only place I get my contacts. Staff members are friendly and professional. I made an appointment and I was fifteen minutes late, so the doctor went to lunch, but I was able to reschedule for a few days later. Be punctual and hopefully, you will have no problems with this place.

Went to the one off of harbison in Columbia, they were great. My glasses fit great and the people there are very nice.

RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE, prances AROUND LIKE SHEs SO CUTE DOES NO WORK, SERVICE IS EXTREMELY SLOW.. the YOUNG LADY AND GENTLEMAN WHO ORDER THE GLASSES FOR YOU ARE EXTREMELY NICE 👍🏽 AND HELPFUL.BUT IT TAKES SO LONG FOR YOU TO GET TO THEM!!.

Bad attitudes, poor customer service and clearly under staffed. I would rather poke out my eyeballs and go blind before I ever visit or call this store again. All I wanted was my prescription emailed to me. North Myrtle Beach branch is so much better. Very courteous.
