First time going about 2 years ago was great.. went about 3 months ago to order more glasses and get contacts.. paid for exam was sent home with trials that were not the right prescription went back and was given a second brand these fit better but the right eye prescription was wrong.. went back again today to pick up glasses and see if i could get the prescription fixed was told that the contact probably just didn't sit right.. I repeatedly said it's was very blurry she insisted on reordering the same trails and trying them again.. im sure ill have the same result and not only that but the new glasses are off too.. i see better in the ones i got 2 years ago.. its been a disaster! About to just cut my loss and take my business else where.. I drive 35 mins and this is the 4th visit in a matter of 2 months and have gotten absolutely no where

Awful experience. They are so incredibly slow. Also, I don’t understand why they take appointments when they just call you in the order you come in, walk-in or not. We waited over an hour from the appointment time for the initial exam.

I paid for the Eye Care Club. " 3 appoints for $99." I just called to schedule my last appointment and it EXPIRED!?!? Nobody gave me paperwork or explained that I'd have to come within a certain date.... So I wear " One-A-Day" contacts.... I'm out...and can't get any now. Guess I'll be going somewhere else from now on.

The doctor was great. So props to her. But one of the employees named Amanda is an aggravating mess.

I had a late afternoon appointment, arrived 1/2 an hour early, and expected to wait. I was pleasantly greeted and quickly completed my paperwork (new patient). There were quite a few customers, but I was seen within 20 minutes for the vision screening part of my visit (10 minutes, tops). I waited only 10-15 minutes longer to see the doctor for my eye exam. She completed a thorough exam, and decided to refer me to a specialist to have something checked before prescribing contacts, something for which I'm extremely thankful. Every staff member that I encountered during my visit was polite and professional. They explained everything along the way, and were upfront with pricing and policies, leaving no room for surprises along the way. I was there for a little more than an hour, and someone actually apologized for my wait. I had read the less-than-stellar reviews, but went on a recommendation from my daughter, who took her family of four there with great results. I, too, had a great visit and will return. Thanks to the staff for doing what they do, and doing it well.
