Stanton Optical

I have been a customer with Stanton for several years but this was my first time at the Woodruff Rd location in Greenville, SC. My actual appointment was fine, but little did I know the complete incompetence at this office. Stanton billed my insurance company as out of network causing an issue with my contact allowance. Since they billed it incorrectly I lost a significant amount of my contact allowance ---an issue still not corrected w/ my insurance company. I tried calling Stanton and was placed on a series of holds. When I finally spoke to someone he said he couldn't help and gave me a # to call---- I called the number and it connected back to him?? He clearly had no idea what he was doing. Finally, I just decided to buy my contacts and pay out of pocket until the insurance is corrected. My order was then canceled because Contacts Direct could not verify my prescription w/ Stanton. Contacts Direct made several attempts to connect with Stanton but they too were put on a series of holds unable to ever speak with anyone to verify the prescription. I will never go back to this office--Stanton has just lost a customer of several because of this train wreck. Not only did the office bill my insurance incorrectly but there customer service is nonexistent, and they made themselves completely unavailable to Contacts Direct who needed to verify my Rx to put the order through. I haven't been able to get contacts for 2 months, and at the root of all the problems surrounding it is Stanton Optical, Woodruff Rd location.

I have to say A+ customer service that I've received from the Team at Stanton Optical. Everyone was friendly, Got my eyeglass prescription correct and when they mad a mistake they caught it and fixed to before I even received my glasses. But the Best thing was. I'm very busy running my Late Night Barbershop and they delivered my glasses to ke and made sure they fit. I recommend that you go to this location foe the quality customer service, good care and attention to detail. Thanks Stanton Team!!!

The lady that helped me find my lenses was amazing. The doctor was very nice and so was the lady that tested my eyes. Helped me get two pairs of Ray Bans for a good price.

Stanton Optical provided amazing service today in regards to filling my prescription for new glasses. While searching for a eyeglass provider for over three days that took my insurance after having a exam from my regular Optician whose frames I did not like in his office, I found Stanton. Aubrey my frame specialist was amazing! Aubrey was friendly/outgoing, informative and I got a great deal on 2 pairs of glasses. The service was fast and had my new eyeglasses in less than one hour!!! I highly recommend Stanton Optical in Greenville SC.

Great place to get glasses. Recommended by my DIL who was very impressed. Tried them for myself. Great selection with no pressure. Awesome service by Briana.
