Sunglass Hut at Macy's

If you're going to go to any Sunglass Hut, you HAVE to see Dom! He replaced a pair of broken Ray Bans for me no questions asked! He was so incredibly nice and personable. If you don't get your new pair of glasses from him, you aren't getting glasses the right way. He is definitely the definition of professional! My experience was stress free and it made a bad week 100% better!

Dom is the best!! His customer service skills are very good. I was in the store for 35 min trying to make a decision. He was patient and attentive. I'm definitely going back thanks to his level of service. Keep up the good work Dom!

worst place to buy the sunglasses from. very rude staff. I didn't even receive the brand new pair of sunglasses. The original sticker on the frame was replaced by a handwritten one and the lady was claiming it to be original. I am going to return mine

I will only buy my glasses from Sunglass hut. The selection is amazing and the customer service has been second to none. When I have issues with the glasses i've bought, at any location, they give me quick and accurate service and have refilled glass cleaning bottles and my glasses for free.

Overpriced Price match is extremely complicated And the lady there was rude. Not getting my money, no way.
