I had 3 appointments made 2 weeks or so ago and a couple of days before the appointment, I get a call that the doctor is not going to be there on the day I scheduled the appointments. Um, that's not cool. I mean if there was a death or something, that's one thing. Tell me that, but just that the doctor isn't going to be there comes off as unprofessional and weird. I've had issues with glasses and employees with attitudes since we switched to your company 3 years ago. I am giving it one last chance to be a good experience with no issues. Regarding the employees, I asked to have my glasses adjusted, and something very minimal was done to them, and the girl seemed exasperated by the "chore". With the pair I got a couple of years ago, my previous visit, they were incorrectly ground so I felt like I was drunk when I wore them. It caused headaches and nausea, when I went back to the store, the woman there got into an argument with me about I didn't do something right with the eye exam and then she measured something and basically called me a liar and told me to keep wearing them and it would stop. I'm an adult, if it's not working, it's not working. The doctor came out...she reviewed the lenses and found they were off significantly. She apologized profusely and told me she'd get them back for me in just a few days. Needless to say, the big mouth was surprisingly silent after she was found to be wrong. Don't your people know not to argue with customers. They are there to fix problems, not argue with customers. I have little patience as it is, and that set me over the edge.

The first technician was kind and helpful as were the receptionists.
The doctor... Wow. So incredibly rude. Find a family eye doctor...or (dare i say it) use Wal-Mart vision center. Being kind and personable will yield repeat customers and good reviews.
Never going back.

The worst experience, I have been waiting two weeks to be fitted for trial contacts. They finally called and ask me to come pick the contacts up. So I get there and I am informed that I can't pick up the contacts that I have already paid for without taking a class. Here I am two weeks later with no contacts because a Dr isn't available to give me a class for contacts that I have already purchased.. Find another place for your eye care needs is my advice

Absolutely the rudest service EVER!! After I dressed all three of my children for 20° weather to take my son to his appointment. We get there and the nasty lady at the desk ask. Your son won't be 7 until March. Yes ma'am. I have them his age and birthday when I made appointment. She said we can't help you, bye!! Then just started talking to other people. I have never been treated so poorly at any business. This is ridiculous.

I had such a great experience in this store. I came here after switching from my previous eye place and I couldn't be more pleased. All the ladies in there were so kind and eager to help! Briana especially did an exceptional job helping me find the perfect glasses. Not to mention you just can't beat the prices! Wonderful customer service, you can tell they really care about you.
