I actually ordered online but couldn't find where to leave a review for the company itself and not a specific store. They send you 5 pairs to try on at home at no charge whatsoever (these are non-prescription and you send them back). My 12 year old daughter found this company and wanted to order the free 5 pair trial. I was skeptical but she eventually talked me into letting her order. I ended up buying one pair with the transitions type lenses and I've been impressed with the glasses and the exceptional customer service from Warby Parker. I will order again in the future.

Visited this location on a 4/17 to return the glasses I'd ordered due to prescription issues. The man who helped me (wish I could remember his name!) figured out the issue and was able to resolve my prescription problem in store and ordered a new pair of glasses for me right then. Just received my new glasses (3 days later!) and they're perfect! Thanks so much!

Had a great experience all around. First visit picked out some frames in less than 20 minutes, and received them at my door in a week. Visited again to have them adjusted, another quick, easy trip with great staff interactions. Top it off, spent HALF what I did at another vision shop in town. I can’t recommend Warby Parker more, having a local store is SO nice.

Went into the store yesterday, tried on a few pairs of glasses, found a pair I loved and walked out 30 minutes later! Seriously the easiest, most painless process ever. I loved so many styles of their glasses, and a very nice employee helped me pick out the right pair for me!

Maybe the customer service would have been good if I had received any. Here's what happened when I walked in: no greeting, tried on about 20 pairs of sunglasses, found a pair I really liked and tried them on several times and never once was approached by a sales person and there were at least 5 of them in the store. 2 were standing at the big island in the middle of the store just talking to each other. I watched other customers walk in and get greeted. This is incredibly off putting for someone who is going to spend $100 + on a pair of sunglasses. This was also my first experience with the brand, will not be back. I was ready to purchase, just didn't have anyone to help me.
