Attempted to return a pair of Raybans that my brother received as a gift, without proof of purchase with only the  persons name who purchased the gift. The manager, Anna, was extremely rude and stated that she could not offer an exchange although the company's return policy CLEARLY shows online as a  company procedure>>>>(We created our Look Good/Feel Good policy so that if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it.
