America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Decided to give them a try so made an appointment. When I showed up about 15 minutes before scheduled time and gave them my name they told me I didn't have an appointment so I showed them the appointment card that was given to me. She said flippant lying I don't know what happened. The lady was talking so fast with her memorized script with absolutely no people skills and handed me paperwork to fill out. I listened to others trying to get help and was appalled. You are treated like a number here and just a number. I gave my paperwork back and told her I had changed my mind and she acted very happy since they obviously didn't have me on schedule any way. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't ever recommend this place. Good customer service is extremely important.

I will never go back!! Unprofessional staff. Every time I have called, I am put on hold for a long time. Every time I go in, I have to wait a very long time for service whether they are busy or not. Unless you have time to waste hanging out for an eye appointment and service, I would not recommend. My last visit, I finally had to tell the doctor that my prescription was not working for them to increase it. I would have thought they would catch that. I have been coming for years and it's the same thing every time. I am ready to find something else, even if I have to pay more to get decent customer service.

I went in for contacts I asked were they in network with my insurance provider they told me yes. Turns out they were not in that work I had to pay for my contact exam and contacts. When I have the best insurance with my provider that pays that covers 100% of everything. They Suggested I try Americas best brand of contacts I said I try them out for a week and let Them know how I They call me backing saying my contacts are in when I didn’t give them th okay to order them..They lie just to get money, I felt like I was lied to and cheated

they are what they are but do it well, imho. the *local* staff was *very* helpful and friendly ,,, and the one transplant who was not wasn't rude. 👌👍

Google " worst customer service"and this place will pop up! Been with them for like 6 years and it just keeps sliding down hill! Teeth suckin and eye rolling is their specialty. Never have any contacts in stock and when you order some they take forever. A young lady with brown hair and a dermal peircing on her eye is the reason I finally made the move to Stanton Optical. She needs to work at home where noone cam hear or see her!Cheap prices but you will get what you pay for. Also they will give you the wrong perscription if they dont have your contacts in stock just to avoid having to order some.I stayed with them 6 years too long! Also they have lost my folder 3 times....thats all my personal info floating around the store for anyone to grab and look at!
