American Freight Furniture and Mattress

The employees are friendly and I like the layaway but I am very angry. I understand they have outside delivery but I literally waited all day with them telling me they only had 3 deliveries and mine was to be picked up any minute. Before the store closed no one even bothered to pick up the phone to tell me my delivery wasn't going to be made today. All of my old living room furniture has been out of my house to make room for the new furniture. Now my husband, myself and more importantly my 3 kids are all sitting on the floor. Thank goodness it wasn't beds or we would be sleeping on the floor! Someone better make this right is all I have to say! I'm very disappointed!

I am making my whole apartment furniture sets from the American Freight St Albans store and I love the deals and customer service you get! Interesting how I first heard of American Freight, my new born daughter was cranky and I was looking for a new couch for an old apartment I lived in so I stopped in, well in hurry to leave cause my daughter was crying and throwing a fit I started going through sitting on the sectionals, well there was one couch my daughter set on with me and she stopped crying and I am not joking or making this up she started to smile... Till I had to pick her up to leave and my daughter helped choose my first couch from this store, I see myself being a faithful customer and referring everyone I can to here!

Losts of options just not quite found what I'm looking for (tiny apt.). I was however, helped beyond call of duty by a fellow named Eric. He ran back and forth back and forth 50 times to price things for me and helped me measure things. If you go get him he is the best of the lot.
