Friendly, but my furniture fell apart after approximately 2 years! How does a metal frame on a reclining sofa break in two on TWO exact places?!? This was well kept furniture, looked new, but was already broken after two years.

Terrible customer service. Went in last night with several hours still until close, never greeted at door, walked around for 45 minutes selected a new 3 piece living room set, ready to purchase cash, no one came to talk to us, went back to customer service where everyone was seated, told them we were ready to purchase, they seemed disinterested. Waited an additional 20 to 25 min, with very few customers in the store and then finally left and had to purchase this set elsewhere. This needs fixed.

Jane was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was also very sweet and patient with 6 of us shopping shopping for a college apartment. Value city offers a large selection of quality furniture with great pricing. I definitely recommend shopping here.
