had chair for only A year and it broke. Had A vale person come to look at it and said he could not find anything wrong with the chair.What an insult so i am to dumb to know that my chair is broke .To me it looked and sound like he was trying to get out of fixing the chair.Then me and my son pointed out to him what was wrong and gave the excuse that the broken part was hidden behind something and could not see it.really vale cant you find someone better then that!

My experience with Vail furniture is such that I would recommend them to anyone before they try someplace else. The quality of merchandise they handle is very good and reasonably priced. Sales are infrequent but when they have one it's a good one.

Follow up. They finally got us taken care of. Seemed like good people. We purchased a couch, chair and ottoman off of the showroom floor. Liked it so much we ordered another matching chair and ottoman. After about a month we realized the cushions where a much softer, lower grade. The new chair looked terrible. It looked crumpled and did not keep it shape. They told us they would take care of it, but after almost a year and many calls later, we realized they are not going to make it right. We will never shop there again.
