Big Sandy Superstore

We had a good experience here. Our salesman Dale was very knowledgeable and helpful, but never pushy. We ended up getting a custom white sofa (we love it, and yes it was brave)! When we told him we had an active family with a kid and pets he instantly took us to the stain resist family fabrics. Our couch was delivered in 3 weeks after being told it was a 4-6 week delivery. However there were black hand prints on it from factory, not from Big Sandy. They took it and cleaned it, all the black grease hand prints came out! Upon redelivery it had a couple dirt smudges, again and the store manager immediately got on the phone and set up an appointment to have a tech come clean it. I've had a great experience with their customer service and will go back again and again for this kind of customer care. Their options on furniture, wide range of prices, quality, and attention to detail are amazing!

I had a great experience at big sandy in trays valley last night due to the great sales person whose name is Tonya McQueen. She was great to work with she has a lot of knowledge about what she is selling and was very helpful for me in helping me make a great purchase in appliances. She was patient and very kind I would totally recommend her when you visit the store to help you with your purchases. Can’t say enough great things about her.She is a top notch salesperson thank you Tonya for all your help and will be back to see you again

Wonderful, helpful & very knowledgeable about the furniture we purchased. All sales people need to take lesson from these ladies I dealt with today. Very courteous. Did not try to sale us something we didn’t want. Excellent

Salesman (William Via) was very helpful in showing us the furniture that met our needs and budget. he explained all of our options, delivery schedules and warranty coverage in good detail. I would recommend him and Big Sandy Superstore and we will be doing more shopping there in the future.

Cristin Massey did a wonderful k obviously helping us select our recliner. The store went above and beyond to get it to us in time for my dad's return home from the hospital. Thanks again Cristin!
