Beautiful selections! The appliances are much more reasonably priced than I anticipated. I would never have guessed what I was looking for would be at Big Sandy and in my price range! I appreciate the salespeople giving me space and letting me come to them after they approached us once. That makes all the difference to me. I will be back! Great store.

Selina was so helpful in finding our dream bed! She was very knowledgeable and super fun! We appreciate all of her help and we will for sure be back for help to get settled into our new home!

When I went in I walked to the service desk and was greeted immediately by a team member. I went in with an ad and explained what I wanted. The lady showed me the couch as well as the options available, colors and other items they had on sale. Very polite, knowledgeable, quick and easy! Highly recommend this store!

Great Customer Service. Got exactly what I was looking for. Gave me a $100 gift card when I paid because they saw my military ID in my wallet. When a company treats military and veterans good they get 5 stars in my book. Thank You!
