This place is easily one of the biggest scams in Salt Lake City. I have been a client there for around 4 years and have yet to see any significant reduction in hair. I was given terrible quality treatments in the office I originally started at in Draper. I transferred to the downtown clinic hoping to get better results. I got a couple good treatments and then they stopped them. My contract gave me the original plan and then a two year hair regrowth guarantee. We never got the initial hair removal and they are ignoring the guarantee entirely. As an added bonus the last two treatments have resulted in hypopigmentation which is permanent in most cases. It appears that they are not only scam artists, but quite possibly not capable of safely operating their equipment. I would strongly recommend going to a medical spa where the treatment protocol is overseen by a real doctor as opposed to the manager of the week.
