Dr McGraw was wonderful and fixed my jawline beautifully after I had a tumor removed from my jaw After he left the practice, however, i had injectable fillers several times that turned out terrible and made me look worse then before. I had to have Dr Urban in Grand Junction fix what was done. Office staff was always very rude and dismissive of me, treating me like a second class patient.

I decided to try Miradry, for my excessive sweating. I'm 5'2" and 132 lbs, age 33. Inna Prokopenk did both my treatments. February 2018, 1st procedure I had, I would say took down the sweating by 80%. I was happy at first. Sweating gradually came back. As my 2nd procedure was approaching after the 2 month recovery, Miradry was 10% effective. April, just before my 2nd treatment, Inna brought a guy in to look at the machine. Something about a recent update. I don't know if that update had something to do with this ineffective treatment. So after the second treatment, the next day I was sweating as if I didn't get any treatments at all and still today. I'm also putting out a different unpleasant odor. Don't know what level they did me at on both treatments. I hear level 5 is the highest. I didn't experience any bruising or pain. Just swelling. I may be small but don't underestimate my sweaty pits! I stuff at least 5 shirts throughout the day under my armpits. Them shirts get pretty soaked. And in doing so, I think I'm deforming my body. My shoulders, neck, and back hurt. Thousands of dollars I won't get back, for treatments that didn't work. No way I can afford a third treatment as it's taking me a lifetime to pay off carecredit. Definitely can't afford the monthly botox. I thought my life was changed :( I admit the staff were super nice, but Miradry just didn't work for me. -Clover

Dr. Mark Taylor, gave me my confidence back and so much more!!! Back in 2014, I made the mistake of putting my trust into the hands of a physician that had offered me a "good deal" on Fractional CO2 Laser Facial Resurfacing. While under heavy sedation this physician ran the laser over my eyelids, with no barrier to protect my eyes and just basically told me to "close my eyes". Not only did it take my face months to heal (thankfully it did) but my eyelids underwent some unpleasant changes. They had lost their elasticity and symmetry. I was horrified and depressed. I had gone to my local dermatologist a few times after the procedure to discuss my options. He recommended a blepharoplasty, but I just couldn't bring myself to undergo another procedure. I sat on this bad decision for a few years wondering if I could ever trust someone to remedy the problem. After a great deal of contemplation, I started my research to find someone to fix my botch. Boy, did I research. I wanted the best! After combing Utah, I found Dr. Taylor. I chose him because he has 40 years of experience. This spoke volumes to me. Surely, he had been exposed to everything out there including my sad eyelids in his 40 years of practice and would know what to do. I also wanted a Laser Blepharoplasty instead of the traditional going under the knife method. He fit that criteria as well. And his artistry showed in his before and after photos. Beautiful work! So, I took a deep breath and scheduled. I had two appointments with Dr. Taylor before my surgery. The first was a very brief consult to meet him and assess my situation. He took a quick look and told me an upper blepharoplasty would meet my needs. At the time I was a little thrown off at the hustle and bustle but still had confidence in my decision and moved forward with the pre-op appointment. Upon arrival for my pre-op, I was met by Dr. Taylor's very nice and professional assistant, Sharene. She took me back to a nice room and began to explain everything in detail that would happen the day of the surgery and what to expect after. This was so helpful. It really put me at ease. After she answered all of my questions, she went and got Dr. Taylor. Dr. Taylor, was very attentive, with a nice calm demeanor. He talked with me about the procedure and told me exactly what I should expect the outcome to be. I felt very calm and at ease and knew I had made the right decision in choosing him for my laser blepharoplasty. On surgery day, I arrived with wonderful staff to greet me and take me back. I was placed in a beautiful room and given some medication for sedation and pain. Brynn, Dr. Taylor's assistant took exceptional care of me! She put some blankets on me and sat and talked with me until Dr. Taylor showed up with a smile on his face and told me I was going to be just fine. The procedure took about 45 minutes and I was extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. Sharene explained the recovery process so well, that it was really easy to get through and I had absolutely no complications. Everything about this was smooth and easy. I had my blepharoplasty in October of 2017. Within the first few weeks, I was crying because I was so happy with the results. It was very healing for me. When I went for my follow up appointment to get my stitches out, I thanked Dr. Taylor, many times. I was still so swollen, but could already see how happy I was going to be with the outcome. Here we are in April, 2018 and it just keeps getting better and better. I love my eyes! I would highly recommend Dr. Mark Taylor, to anyone looking for a great experienced physician to perform a beautiful laser blepharoplasty. His years of experience really show! Thank you, Dr. Taylor!

This review is a bit dated, but Dr. McGraw was by far the best doctor I have seen in a while. I wanted to get a tattoo removed, and he spent 3 hours with me on different lasers to test the best laser to remove my tattoo. He gave me a flat fee that included a Lidocaine injection. Plus, we used a PFD patch where I could see the ink coming off of my tattoo. They are the best. I know it seems ritzy and I only went once(moving and busy), but they made tattoo removal easy. I could not feel a thing and between the six lasers we tried, my tattoo was very much faded after one session. I also had a great deal for a fairly large tattoo. I would strongly recommend

The assistant to Dr. Fisher called and requested I come earlier for my appointment. I took the day off since the requested time was at 12:00 pm instead of the scheduled 4:00pm. I arrived as requested and spent 30 min waiting after the initial greeting from the receptionist. No one bothered to check in and inform me what was causing the delay. It was only after I informed the receptionist that I was leaving that the nurse called me to attempt to offer a perfunctionary apology. I will not be returning, the quality of the customer service does not match the monetary value of the service offered.
