The food and the service here is always top notch. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they occasionally overcook the steak. We ordered the Ribeye and Porterhouse medium rare and they seemed to be more on the medium to medium well side. They are good about correcting this issue when asked, but it’s not fun having to wait longer for your meal.

I went to this location 7/6 at 8:45pm I was disgusted the waiter gave me dirty silverware with food stains on it. I told a manager on staff and he said he will remake my food but all he did was reheat the food that was touch with the dirty steak knife. I wanted to call the health department

I thought this place was going to be IHOP quality at least but I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience and it is a shame because this place has a lot of potential. The menu is a collage of about 20 dishes above the ordering post. Then they have some things to pick and choose at the counter as you make your way to the register. Items like salad, slices of cake, corn on a cob and drinks. Then you pay and they bring the food to your table alas Chuck e' Cheese. The table didn't feel clean. My child had to use the restroom and the restroom was dirty. For such a large place, with so many tables, I was expecting a much larger bathroom but it only had 1 sink, 1 urinal and 1 toilet stall...and they can't keep it clean? The food was horrible. I was afraid other dishes were going to be too salty so I "played it safe" by ordering stuffed fish, what was I thinking? It wasn't salty but it didn't taste like anything either. My wife didn't like her steak and even my 6 year old son didn't eat his hot dog. Because of all this I am only giving them 2 stars. The silver lining was a couple of workers, they were very friendly and profeasional. This place can do so much better. Parking: It is located in a small shopping center so there was plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: It is one story locale so there are no stairs or steps to climb. Easy access from parking lot or street.

It wasn't bad! The taste was great as usual, but the waiter helping us tonight seemed a little lame. He forgot what we needed a few times, which usually wouldn't be a problem. The thing is it was my sister and I and then one other family.Dine in: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes

I love AMS! The food is fresh. The waiters are kind and will get you whatever you need. The food tastes amazing! Steaks are delicious and we love the baked potatoes Parking: Good parking lot. They have it organized properly for people who pick up.

Was served raw beef because the chef didn't know how to make medium. Assumed we wanted well the first time and then we got the raw one back. Disgusting.

DONT EAT HERE !!!! THEY DO NOT CLEAN THERE SHRIMP !!! I GOT FOOD POISONING RIGHT AFTER I ATE IT BECAUSE THE SHRIMP WERE NOT BEING CLEAN ! THIS IS BEYOND ME !! HOW CAN YOU SERVE PEOPLE UNCLEANED SEAFOOD LIKE ITS OKAY !! DONT EAT HERE AMERICAN STEAK HOUSE PERIOD DOESNT CLEAN THEIR SHRIMP !!! DISGUSTING

I was hanging out in Connecticut for the day, with my son's fiance's family. A beautiful suburban area. They chose this restaurant for a quick meal before we headed home. We ordered our own food at the front and then we got ourselves seated. The food came very quickly and it was pretty good, but what really disturbed me was the carpet was not clean and there was a fly buzzing around our tables. I chalked it up to short staffed bc that seems to be the intentional collective excuse/norm these days. Toward the very end of our meal a waiter did decide to come and see if we needed anything. Not the best experience and certainly not the worst.

The food was great, new memories with my Bridgeport family Ms Bruce, Ms Renee was awesome and our hostess was personable, courteous and attentive.... Thanks Nadia for taking our picture and taking such good care of us

Worst steak EVER...will never visit again..asked for medium,ummm where's the pink so my man said take it back..why did I do that..the server Linda stared at me and snatched plate,the remade steak was worse than the first one.. smhFood: 2/5
