Anastasias Restaurant-Sports Lounge & Banquet

One of the better bar/restaurant combos in the far, far northern suburbs. Nice patio area for the warmer months, screened in bar area next to the patio, and a full-sized restaurant and bar in the main building (and a separate area for banquets, etc). Plenty of places to eat and drink here! Always check the daily food specials, as these can be a pretty cost-effective way to spend your dining dollars. Food is good, with a large variety to choose from. Employees have always been friendly and provide very good service. Not typically a quiet place, but definitely a fun place to grab some food and drinks and hang out.

My wife and I have been going here since they built the new place. In Antioch there is very little to choose from when it comes to good food. Anastasia’s is a pizza sports bar/restaurant. Their problem is inconsistent food and service, but it’s the only big size restaurant in the area. Again not a lot of competition so they’re always busy, especially on half price pizza night and on game nights. Their food is pizza place and coffee shop level, which is ok if that’s what you’re looking for. Last night I heard complaints right up at the host stand and then had a discussion with a guy coming out of the men’s room. He was not a happy camper either. Go ahead a give it a try and let me know what you think.

Im not sure what was going on here. Waitress was really nice. However they ran out of pickle slices. There was a random pepper in the middle of my tuna melt. We both wanted cheddar cheese instead of what came on them. There was a $1 upcharge per sandwich for switching cheese. The waitress did fix it for us though.

I've been here several times with my friends and it's always a good time with good food. It's very spacious and lots of seating. In the summer, the outdoor patio is a nice option as well. They have plenty of specials throughout the week which is nice if you're looking for something a little cheaper. With how many TVs they have, it's a great place to get a burger or pizza and watch some sports.

Sports bar but also a sit down or eat outside facility. It has decent food and is reasonably priced. However, sometimes the service is slow and it is not very easily located.
