WAS my favorite place to hang, study, drink coffee, eat, and do work. That all changed once they implemented their new "computer" policy. Essentially, guests who intend to work on laptops must only sit at certain designated tables (which do not have outlets), or you are asked to leave. Unfortunately, this means my fiance and I have to lead. I used to love giving my business to Cupitol. However, guess this means I need to find a new favorite spot. Makes me curious how this will influence their business? hmmm

This place is not good anymore since their disrespectful "computer" policy. People who want to use computer must sit in a designated area with yellow table number, where is dark and close to restroom. If you sit somewhere else, you will be asked to move or leave. This policy categorizes customers into different groups, which is definite wrong. What is the difference between customers using computer and those doing the reading or talking? All the customers should have equal rights to choose the seat and be treated equally. I can tell they lost some customers after this policy implemented as more tables are vacant. Something else needs to be mentioned is the music here is terrible.

I live one block away and Cupitol used to be my to go place. However, things changed when the new computer policy started to be implemented. My boyfriend and I were asked to move to an designated table even though we ordered drink and food. However, it looks like only the customers with computers are restricted by the new policy. The ones who read books or newspapers still can sit at the 'normal' table. At least I hope they can treat the customers fairly. Curious that if it will influence their revenue in the long run..

I am a nurse and nanny of twin girls. They were very considerate of us making sure we had a table where 2 highchairs could be placed and that i was comfortable with them. The food was very good and the twins loved it. I was asked if i needed help with anything that concern the twins or if they needed anything. I would say this is definately a child friendly place without a doubt.

Great place to come and do a bit of work, although there are no outlets near the bench along the wall (if it's busy you can't have a power cord going across the aisle). The food is tasty and they have good portions. I've had breakfast and dinner here; my experience has been consistent, even when it's very busy.
It's a great addition to the area, much better than going to Kanela down the street. Although the food is a bit heavier than I would like. It isn't oily per se, but I would prefer less of it.
I would go ahead and give it a try
