Anchor Bar & Grill

This is probably the best place I've been to in a year. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. No joke the best burger I've had in a long time. I know it's a small detail but they use great buns as well. And it was cheap. I don't know how they stay in business but a burger fries and two beers was under $15. Which is hard to come by nowadays. I would move to Superior for this place alone.

The experience going here was unique! The interior looks run down, but it felt like part of the charm. The burger was one of the best I've ever had! The food pricing was very inexpensive. We will be returning when we are back in the area!

Great dive bar, in an area known for dive bars. Foods is fast and cheap, and pretty tasty. I even like the fries which were hot and crisp. Good assortment of burgers, and all cooked to greasy goodness. Staff was a little rough around the edges, but in that "dive bar" good way! Beer selection was good. Cash only, so leave your cards at home. There is an ATM onsite!

Great burgers!! Everytime we come to town we come here. Burgers are always hot and fresh fries are crisp and delicious! KC was fabulous, great personality and enjoyed his service. Will certainly be coming back again!! Keep up the great work and don't change a thing. :)

I moved to this area from Southern California for work. I went into this bar and grill wearing my Army Cavalry hat as I just did an event for the boy scouts a couple of hours before. I was teased, mocked, and ridiculed by patrons and staff about my cavalry hat, which they assumed was some sort of southern confederate hat. A few asked, and I told them that it is from the military and we still wear these, and they felt bad afterward. Never in my life have I see a more intolerant, racist, uneducated group of folks in my life all in one bar. I will say the burger I had was amazing, and the bartender I had was a nice guy (after he found out about the true meaning of my hat). But the type of patrons there is enough to keep me from ever going again. If you're military, a veteran, or support the military at any level, I'd suggest staying away from this place.
