It gets 3 stars because it's pretty close to my house, and the parking is free in the evenings and on weekends. But the upkeep has a lot to be desired. Was there Saturday afternoon, and there was garbage and open condiment packages all over. It's usually a bunch of leftover newspapers, which is bad enough. Gross.

I used this stop once to get to a car rental place near by. I'd recommend making sure it's light out if your not familiar with the area. The parking I can't find.
