From entry to exit is just comfortable. The food can be tasty to complex. Flavors are balanced but really creative. Do yourself a favor an enjoy this place.

The food was absolutely delicious, unfortunately I will never return after being asked to leave my table before we had finished our after dinner cocktails so they could seat a larger party. My friend and I were seated at 540PM last Friday night and after we had paid the bill and signed our receipts, the waitress came to the table and said they “need our table for a 6 top and i would normally suggest to go to the bar but since its full would you mine leaving?” We still had drinks in our glasses! This was around 710 PM and after we had spent close to $200 between the bar and dinner. It would have been hysterical if it wasn’t so appalling. Nashville is full of wonderful restaurants with delicious food that you can go and relax with a friend after a long work week, however, this is not one of them.

Loved happy hour at answer. They have solved the noise issue with sound panels on the ceiling and curtains...yay. nice big bar and the vibe is cool.

Delicious! We had a difficult time ordering because we really wanted to eat EVERYTHING! Nothing was left on any of the 5 plates we ordered because it was all soooo delicious. I tip my hat to the chef that created such a perfect, well-balanced menu! My only complaint was the noise level was a little loud, but that happens in popular restaurants. Once the super loud talker left the banquet table next to us, the atmosphere improved greatly. I see someone posted a picture of the scallops in another review. They were divine.

Finally. The perfect combination of class, nuanced recipes, style, and comfort. The truth in Answer is that while they have a suave and classy atmosphere, yet it's not fancy in the sense that you can't breathe like at Watermark or Jeff Ruby's. Answer does a tremendous job carefully rotating these inspired (but not outlandish!) dishes through the menu, especially their desserts, which Nash in general can take a lesson. Big shout out to the owner & chef personally asking the diners about their experience, and to the waitstaff that's always so poised and upbeat.
