Great trendy, yet casual, coffee house cafe with friendly staff, free parking and yummy food. Try the braised beef with a side salad...but get an order of their sweet potatoes, too, for eating alone or sharing.  It also has a surprising amount of ambiance at night after dark.

Excellent coffee and great good. It provides a very energetic environment. Great for meeting with friends or even studying, if you have headphones. It can get a little noisy. Good vibes and good times.

Edited post: The gluten free options are no longer available :( however, the omelet/scrambles are delicious and so is the coffee so it's still worth it.

Old: This one of my favorite places to eat in Nashville! I normally get the gluten free French toast with eggs on the side and they're both so good! They also have excellent coffee, other gluten free options and so much more. Worth a stop by for sure!

Wow! The Salmon Scrambler is nothing short of stellar! The Fruit Parfait is fantastic; everything was so fresh. Restaurant was very clean. Friendly service and was pretty quick. 

Wasn’t too salty (they must be listening). Just perfectly seasoned and tasting. And we went in the afternoon! Awesome!

Their coffee drinks and.food are always phenomenal. I have a hard time deciding what I want between all the great stuff. The sweet potato french toast is the best french toast I've ever had.
