Anthony's Full Service & Express Car Wash Vestavia

I had called ahead & scheduled an appointment & showed up with no idea where to go. As a first time customer I thought there would've been signs or arrows directing me where to go. But no. I rolled down my window to ask for help but no one could here me over the vacuums. I by no means blame them. However, I feel there should be an attendant at the entrance to guide you on where to go. Since I had no idea where to go, I pulled up & parked by the Lobby & informed the guy I had an appointment & told him that I parked where I did because I didn't know where to go. I told him they needed better signage. I don't blame him because he's not the one who makes those decisions but I was upset & felt someone needed to know. I gave him my info, told him what I wanted & he took my car. As far as the inside, the carpets & seats were clean. I would've liked for the center console & the front area to have been more wiped down, but it wasn't bad. I paid $40 for a hand wash but I never saw where my car went so I truly hope that's what I got. I'm not pleased that I still don't know where I was supposed to go & I'm not pleased that having paid $40 for a hand wash I don't know what I got. I think that a bit of friendliness & an explanation of the cleaning process to a brand new customer would've been great. I may go back in a few months, but, for now, I'd rather try somewhere else. I feel bad leaving a bad review but, this was by no means a positive experience. It stressed me out a lot.

Anthony’s always does a good job cleaning my truck. They are very professional and very quick. My only complaint is not against this location, but that I have to drive to this location from the McCalla area. I wish they would open a location on the west side of Jefferson County. Please consider opening a location in McCalla.

Right now it's two stars but could go up or down after I update. Just got my car washed. There is literally dirt still covering my car. There is a brush that goes over the roof and it did nothing. Will be going back for their guarantee. Will update after.

I came here the first time because of a Groupon, and I've been coming here ever since. This is the only automated car wash that gets most of the bugs off of my windshield, and shines my tires the way I like. It's still not perfect, but considering you don't have to wash it yourself you can't beat it. I will say that my car usually leaves this wash a lot wetter than other car washes, but I've started keeping a microfiber towel in my car to wipe my windows afterward to prevent water spots. All in all the best automated wash I've used in the area.

Basic wash and vacuum. $40. Long wait. I pay $10 closer to home and my car looks a lot better and I don't have to wait near as long as I did here. I definitely will not be back.
