Riverchase Car Wash & Detail

Hate to leave a bad review, but maybe it will help improve service. I arrived and paid at 4:45, and was through the automated car wash and in line at the full service lane within 10 minutes, with one car in front of me. It was a full hour before my car made it up to the station to be cleaned. The length of time doesn’t bother me so much as the fact that the lanes were moving at very different speeds. This meant 6 people who arrived after me (one an hour after I did) still got their cars finished first. I understand that the lanes cannot move at the same speed, as not every car takes the same amount of time to clean, but it was very frustrating to watch so many people arrive and leave before my car was even started. I’d highly recommend keeping the cars in a single file line so they can move forward as spots open up rather than trapping them in a lane that isn’t moving. I will potentially give this place another chance, but will definitely be requesting the left lane if I do so! Additionally, it would be great if you could place an ATM inside. Before I became dissatisfied with the service, I walked to the nearby gas station to try to get cash to tip and the ATM was out of order. That’s my fault for not thinking ahead, but I’m sure there are other people who would like to tip but who don’t have cash, and I’m sure the employees would appreciate it. Update: Great customer service—was contacted directly and feel like they took my feedback seriously. Will try to swing by to give it another shot sometime soon.

Great customer service. But if you are looking for the deli - it is gone. Stop by at the many close fast food & quick food locations & eat while you wait. The outside seating area was clean & enjoyable on this beautiful spring day. I was in & out in 35 minutes with the works package - that was from 2-3 on a Tuesday.

I'm planning on selling my car soon I wanted someone to clean it up so it's presentable and they did a really good job for $40 I've had this car since I was 13 and I'm 21 now this is really the first time it's been cleaned up like this and it actually looks great and it only took them about an hour I think when I get home it might take me another 30 minutes to hit some little spots they missed but since it was only $40 I think they did a really good job I wasn't expecting perfect but they did definitely try and they cared about making sure I was happy with the car the outside of my car I'd say 10 out of 10 in the inside like 7 out of 10

Full service location , this car wash has been around for decades. They offer many car wash packages including a $7.00 exterior only wash. They have indoor waiting area for full service complete with Deli like foods. The car tunnel itself is extra long and does a decent job. Staff pre-sprays off vehicles before wash. Hand and air drying. Not a in and out type wash, can get very busy.
