Goo-Goo Car Wash - 4th Avenue South

Very friendly staff and I loved the strong vacuums and carpet cleaners, but I paid for the Full Service wash at $21 and my car's exterior was still very dirty. Obviously it was better than before, but if I pay for the best wash I expect my car to be clean. I would maybe give them another chance.

I'm really disappointed with this business. I paid for one of their premium washes at $21(Ultra Seal) and only got a regular wash. Big waste of money. I usually don't pay that much attention but just happened to notice on the sign going into the wash I was not getting what I paid for. Sure enough, when got to the end where the sealant was supposed to be sprayed on, it wasn't. I get the premium wash as I have to park under trees and the coatings help with that. I emailed both the corporate and local office and after several weeks, still no reply. Folks, take notice of what you're paying for, you may not be getting your money's worth. I have used several of their locations numerous times a month, but will be taking my business elsewhere.

Talk about taking care of your customers NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Great Business and Great Car Wash. DEFINITELY take your car here to wash it in the Birmingham area !!!!!!!! About 2 moths ago I drove from Oxford to Birmingham to look at a car for my Son. After Buying this Mustang for my son for his Birthday I decided to take it thru a car wash as it had a layer dirt on it . after coming out of the car wash my driver side mirror was just hanging there by the wires. I drove the car to the front where the guys were working. I brought my issue to the attention of the guy working there. He immediately was very apologetic and told me he had to write a report. I could tell he really cared. well only about 3 days went by and i was contacted by the general mgr who was also very sympathetic to my situation. He explained to me he wasn't sure how they're machines could have done that to my car, but promised me it would be taken care of. Well the next Day a gentleman from corporate called me and told me they had ordered me a brand new mirror and as soon as it came in they would send me somewhere to have it installed. I was So happy that they took the responsibility to do that for me i told him not to worry about it i would install it myself. he asked me if i was sure. I'll be darn if that box didn't show up 2 days later. NOW THAT IS TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. Anytime i go to Birmingham i am getting All my cars washed at Goo-Goo. They are very helpful, careful & always friendly. Carwash does a great job after they prescrub any tough grim, the vacuums are awesome

The guys and girls at this location are always great! They always greet you with a friendly smile.
