Marc-1 Car Wash

I have been using this car wash for years. Today I went through the wash and proceeded to dry my car with their towels that are provided. Upon returning home I had streaks all over my vehicle which came from the towels they provided which seemed to have tire shine or some type of oily substance. I returned to the car wash about two hours later to ask them to re wash my vehicle. Not only did they re wash it with the top of the line package for free the manager and most of the employees dried it completely for me without my asking! This is by far the best customer service experience! High praises for the manager for taking care of this and going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I will continue my business with them and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I just tried to get my car washed at 6:53PM and they were already closing up. I thought they were opened until 8. Either way, I’m canceling my monthly plan with them. Plus, my vehicle is always soaking wet afterwards. They do supply wet towels to smear the excess water. Being an Uber driver, it’s important that I keep my car clean. Goo Goo at least has plenty of paper towels to dry the water. And they are open as advertised.

Usually a VERY good experience. But oc asionally no decent wipe-Rags.

They have a station to scrub the bugs off before you go through the car wash. Nice enough but if I wanted to get dirty from this I would go to a do-it-yourself wash and save a little money.

They have really stepped up their game, great car was and cummer service.
