Karen was great, a busy Monday morning and she did so well. She kept calm, maintained order and most of all provided awesome customer service to everyone that came in. Any Lab Test provides testing for DNA is the kid yours, STD are you clean, allergy what's making you sick, Drug Test is your teen getting high, and many other Medical related blood draws. Walki-ins are welcomed. Results are between 5 to 10 business days, some people get their results in 2 days. Cash or card payments accepted.
My husband and I both had travel COVID tests antigen done yesterday. We had a wonderful experience. Having done our paperwork online we had no wait and the test itself was super quick, easy, and the nurse actually made it not so terrible having the probe up your nose. She was very gentle and kind. My husband and I both recommend this facility and trust that anyone else will have the same quality experience has we were shown.
Heights location Horrible experience. I was quoted $200 less and when I showed up was told it was $200 more. Office person couldn't explain well and was confused at times. Office person very rude because I was frustrated. Very rude staff. Will not use this location again. Do not recommend.

My original experience at the FM 1960 location was less than perfect, but what matters is how a company makes things right. Right? I went again, but this time to the N Shepherd location. Their customer service couldn't have been better and all was rectified very satisfactorily.
This was a perfect experience. I needed lab titers for a job that I didn't know about until the last minute. I went to the lab in the afternoon and my results were in my email the next morning. They were proficient and professional. I will definitely be using then again if I need labs done.
