Had a Saturday morning appointment for a biometric screening for my job and my name was called as soon as I sat down. The staff was very friendly and I did not even feel the needle stick. Clean waiting room and enjoyed the sign in kiosk. Wouldn’t heat it ate to come back to this location again for labs.
Took my 9 year old daughter for blood work, and let me just say Mr. Moguib was AMAZING! He had SO much patience with her. She was very nervous and started crying and he was so patient with her and even calmed her down before and after he poked her arm. He let her choose which arm she wanted poked, and showed her how tiny the needle was. It was so refreshing to meet someone who cared for pediatric patients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
Today is November 28, 2020, I walked in at 4:45 PM, a staff comes to the lobby room and said “they are closed and the last patient we see is at 4:40 PM.” Wow 5 min! Then why make people think the office close at 5PM?? Correct the website and state you do not see patients after 4:40 PM because the website states the office close at 5 PM. I told her my doctor told me you are open till 5 PM, she said “well we don’t work for your Doctor.” How Rude!!!!!!!
Appt at 12:30. Done & out by 12:40. Vanessa was great! No pain at all with blood draw. No complaints at all with entire visit.
I scheduled an appointment but I forgot the time. I called and as always, you never talk to real person. I wanted to check my appointment schedule, and was told by the automated system that I don't have an email, and more than a week has passed and no one has contacted me yet. Shut down this place appointment. I then sent an email
I had my appointment the 30 of November and it's been over 2 months and I haven't got my blood results back. I have called my clinic a couple of times and they have said my results haven't came in. I also called Quest buy their phone number is disabled. Does anyone know what can I do in this case?
Avoid this place if possible. Find another lab that actually wants your business. Lab work used to be an easy process but Quest makes it as difficult as possible.
I don't know what the bad reviews are for as they must was having a bad day because I walked in for my appointment and was seen soon as I put my name in and sat down. My nurse Vanessa was so awesome, sweet, gentle, and great customer service she deserve 5 stars - I'm glad I went to this location and not the others.
Absolutely TERRIBLE and unprofessional. Update the website to reflect that Saturdays are appt only instead of having people sit and wait. That Spanish lady who "has nothing to do with the site and my policies have changed" was rude as hell and needs a new job. I hope they fire all of them just rude and disrespectful!!! Absolutely hate quest.
First, I highly recommend scheduling ahead. I went in today and there were at least 8 other people there and I was taken in one minute once I sat down. I've gone to this location a couple of times, always scheduled ahead, and they are always quick. I never spend more than 15 minutes here. I've gone to hospital labs where I've waited over an hour sometimes. This saves me a lot more time and money since I don't have to drive to and pay for parking in the Medical Center.
