The staff make me feel at home here. I've never had to wait for attention when I was making my initial inquiry, on my (7 day!) free trial, or as a member. Cassidy is always welcoming and happy to show me around and answer questions. There are crowded times, and the limited number of showers can be a little awkward at like 630am on Monday, so if i could I might knock off half a star for that, but the place is clean, convenient, well-equipped, and full service. I love the tanning booth and hydro massage, and I keep finding new equipment and ways to challenge myself.

Super small there isn’t that much equipment. Also there is no staff to help there was only one person , and they were busy the whole 20 minutes.
