Called to make an order,no answer. Drove over, stood there waiting to order. A guy in the back just said to hold on. Waited 10 minutes to order. Then had to wait literally 30 more minutes for two Naan rolls when I was told it would be 10/15 minutes. No apologies from the cashier. Have ordered several more times, food has been delicious. No other issues since the first time

Got meat from here which measured 3lbs and after they cut it it's 2lb, when asked they charge for weight before cutting . Really u removed 1lbs of skin from a chicken?? The other stuff available is also of low quality. I'd recommend buying fresh meats and products from elsewhere.

Deli products are best in town, better handling the crowd can be considered during peak. Otherwise the quality of meat and their briyani or kababs are one of the best.

The quality of the meat and chicken are about standard. The owners lack complete understanding of customer service but that's not unusual for a Pakistani restaurant. My biggest issue is with the price of their goat meat. They charge too much money. Columbus is in dire need for a real quality fair priced halal meat shop.
