Cinnamon Indian Grill

Extremely disappointed with my experience last night. I had ordered delivery from them once before and had a great meal, even wrote a raving yelp review, but this time was very different. I had finally talked my boyfriend into trying Indian food but this completely ruined any chance of him having it again. Our delivery was not only late, cold, and bland but part of it was missing. I called the driver immediately and he said I would be refunded for what was missing when he got back to the restaurant. I was not. Today when I tried to call during their business hours the phone was disconnected. I called again about an hour later and when I explained the situation nicely they hung up on me. Thinking it was a mistake I called again and this time they just put the phone down and walked away Until I had to end the call. I used to manage a restaurant that did delivery, and if something was missed on an order I would offer to refund immediately and/or send my driver back out with the missing item(s). Especially when the customer was a good tipper, which I am. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONSISTENTLY IS EVERYTHING! Needless to say I will never order from here again.

What is lacking in decoration is made up with the food and service. Usually I make detailed reviews of restaurants, but I'll be brief here. You'll find this restaurant a little bare when it comes to decorations. That's ok though. The person who served us was very helpful and polite. The food had generous portions, and was priced very well. My wife and I enjoyed it immensely. Plenty of options to choose from. So many we actually had a hard time figuring out what we wanted. Hot, spicy, and flavorful!

Truly amazing. The butter curry and meat samosas are so good I've driven from Huntington to have them again. Fair prices. Do it. Just do it.

First experience, food was adequate. Very heavy on the salt and sweet, with a hollow spiciness. I called to discuss, not great customer service. I’ll try it again. In the mean time there are 50 other Indian places in town.

This is easily hands down the best Indian food I have had in Columbus Ohio. The garlic naan was ethereal and delicious. Freshly made too!! The goat korma was rich and flavourful. They have an artist's hand with the spicing...and you can order it to the spice level desired. This truly a treasure. I urge you to go and enjoy. the samosas alone are worth the trip.
