Applebee’s

It was amazing. Joanna was our server, she is fast, polite, not just with us. She attended her tables with kindness and professionalism. The food are delicious, and we were really satisfied. My Margarita. I falled in love. My congrats to a great team. Love it!!!

The wait wasn't long for Easter Sunday, that's about the nicest thing I can say about my experience. The server(Jamal) came once and never checked on us. He dropped off the food and left, never asking if everything was okay. The steak I ordered was supposed to be medium-well and came out medium-rare. I dealt with it and ate the steak because I hadn't have had contact with my waiter for 30 minutes. I had to borrow salt and pepper from the table next to mine. When I tried to get his attention he ignored me. I had to approach him while he was coming out of the kitchen to get his attention. I know Easter is busy but a couple seconds of his time could have made this experience a whole lot better.

Always liked the atmosphere here. Service was good. Waitress had a pleasant disposition. I don't like rating out but this place is one of.my exceptions.

It's take an eternity to be served after ordering. The amount served is small and refills for the side dishes aren't free. And it's pretty expensive for the amount served. Food remains good though. But this restaurant relies on its location and that's the only good point about the place: the location is ideal.

Our pancakes arrived very rapidly and were absolutely delicious. The place offers a pretty cool view on the street, which is close to Times Square - and this is probably why eating there is quite expansive. However, if you are aware of it and want to eat "the American way" at a nice restaurant, I would definitely recommend Applebee's!
