Worst restaurant ever. We were seated at a table in the bar and waited over 20 minutes for service that never came. Saw people around us seated and served after we came in and servers saw and acknowledged us but never came to the table or said anything. We left and will NEVER be back. Convenient to Ford's Theater but so are a lot of other good places. Unless you are a die hard Hard Rock Cafe fan, I recommend trying one of those.

Typical Hard Rock Cafe & nothing special. Food is good. My friend and I got seated and there was a giant puddle under the table. My shoes and socks were soaked because of it. We got moved to another table and just was told "sorry". I thought they could have handled the situation better by offering to take a drink or few bucks off the bill.

Always worth to visit. Quality is good. The bar tender was a little bit unmotivated and not very friendly. But my waitress at the table was awesome! Food is delicious music is nice. Can get crowded.

I'm living in NY for long time, but this was my first time to eat at Hard Rock cafe. It was definitely a fun experience to visit here, inside was gorgeous, food was nice and very kidls friendly place. We weren't happy that we had a reservation but we couldn't get a table for 30-40 min. Also a lady who came to our table to sell a photo wasn't friendly. I told her that we need to time to think. She said she will come back, but she didn't. Too bad because all of us wanted to purchase the photo.

I enjoyed the dinner at Hard Rock Cafe in Manhattan, New York City two weeks ago. I was fascinated by the atmosphere, ambience, decor, the photos showcase on every wall. It caught my mind with a strong sense of nostalgia. The waitresses were polite and helpful. Further, the customers there were decent people. I made my trip from Toronto, Ontario to NYC, NY to celebrate my wedding anniversary. I was lucky not missing to dine at Hard Rock Cafe!! Hope you enjoy the Cafe next time you are in NYC!!!
