My intro class with Lucie was great. She was quite helpful and the atmosphere was awesome and relaxing. I wish I lived closer so I could come regularly. But I try and work in an aqua cycle class whenever I'm in NYC.

Bit tricky to find the entrance (there are two doors marked with the same number - if you're facing it's on the left) - but a beautifully well kept studio with clean, modern facilities. Instructors are friendly and very engaging. Fun workout that isn't too challenging but mixes things up a bit

Wonderful instructors, a peaceful, beautiful atmosphere, and a very diverse clientele, which is important to me. Can't recommend enough!

I  love doing Aqua Spin classes and this is the only place with it. Most of the teachers are kind and considerate and knowledgeable about what to recommend for people with injuries. The Wellness Director is very good and all the staff seems to know and remember all clients. I'm so happy I found this place!
