Arbor Springs Water Company

Arbor spring Water company are loyal and hard-working people. They saved my life when we had contaminated water pipes at a complex years ago. They are like a second family in the since of not just bringing you Water but they bring Love and compassion and that makes the water taste even better!👍🌟

Yes, their water is fantastic, but this review is about their delivery service. We love their delivery service!!! You can call and actually talk to someone! They also respond readily by email to any requests, questions, changes, etc. They have certain set day(s) of the week for delivery in your local area (we are in SE Ann Arbor and our day is Thursday), but you can adjust how many bottles to deliver and how often (every week, every other week, etc.). They also automatically pick up any bottles you leave out and deduct the deposit amount from your bill ($6 deposit, $6 a bottle). We have had emergencies where we've been out of town and forgotten until the day of delivery, and when we called they rerouted the driver to pick up the bottles (it was below freezing so the bottles would have cracked) and will deliver them the following the week. They are kind, courteous and professional. Plus their water is EXCELLENT!!!

I love going to get spring water at Arbor Springs Water Company. The staff is friendly and it's fun to drive down and up their steep driveway.
