Gordon Water Systems

SCOTT is very personable and customer service oriented. He listened to my assessment and proceeded to resolve the issues. After asking questions on how we use/manage the system he proceeded to advise, teaching the best way to proceed. I feel like our system will work better and last longer by following his directions.

We met Justin at the Kalamazoo Home and Garden Expo and he came out to test our water and explain our options shortly after. He was very helpful and informative. He was not pushy at all and my wife and I were very comfortable with having him in our home. Overall, we felt that he had our best interest at heart.

John Weir came to exchange the tank on our RO system, or so we thought. It seems our tank was in fact, outdated. He explained in great detail, why it was outdated and offered several different options to fix it. It came down to the option of replacing the system was the most cost effective and easiest to do. He promptly installed the new system, tested all of our water, made sure everything worked properly. And got us a great discount!! John was very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. We have dealt with Gordon for a long time and this visit just reinforced our confidence in this company.

Tony was thorough and efficient. He was able to answer questions, and I was satisfied with both the service and the quality of work I received. He exercised extreme care and even cleaned our basement floor to ensure that any brine or salt were completely cleaned up. This was definitely above and beyond what he was required to do while servicing our water system.

This is s great company. The sales person who came out almost didn't sell me a new softener because he thought mine might still be ok. Turned out it wasn't, but who's ever heard of a salesman not pressing for a sale? That impressed me. And then the technician they sent it was fantastic! He kept us informed of everything he was doing and left our utility room cleaned than when he started. I cannot possibly recommend Gordon Water Systems enough!!!
