Gordon Water

The service is great. They will help you with your bottles and get them loaded for you if requested. I only ever once had poor service from a young lady at the desk. Everyone has a bad day, but overall the workers are kind and caring and willing to help.

I've dealt with Gordon water for 20+ yrs. They are always friendly, accommodating, & Professional. I was moving so, Salesperson Justin, recently came to my house to schedule the move process. He made it simple and enjoyable. Gordon rocks!!

Customer service does not seem to be a priority for this business. I have had to wait multiple days for a return phone call on two occasions. When I requested a salt delivery, I was given only the day of delivery and told that I could not be given a time span during which that delivery would take place. A phone call the day of delivery with a window of time was offered and accepted. This means I cannot plan my day until I get a phone call from the driver. This seems a very poor way to run a business.
