Culligan Water Conditioning Grand Rapids

After being a displeased customer dealing with multiple problems management finally made it right. This facility believes in customer satisfaction and fixed all of my issues. Rodney the manager reached out and made sure I was satisfied. If you are looking for a water filtration system Culligan is the place to hire.

Spent thousands of dollars on Culligan water softener and iron filter. The result was yellow water. The water was slightly clear then before yet still staining everything. Called them multiple times to fix it and same result. They told me I had tannins in my water and I might have to deal with it. A little background about my self I started a new profession as a plumber. So now I am a second year apprentice plumber. Tonight I was in my crawl space hooking up a new pressure tank and took a look at the softener the intake and the output are hooked up backwards the direction of flow arrows on the unit proves it. Now I'm not sure what I paid these guy $150-$250 a pop to come and fix this thing multiple times but wonder why this was never seen let alone happened in the first place. There are other issues to but not getting into that right now. Not impressed at all. And kaats don't copy and paste the same response you do to everyone else with a problem

Worst place on earth to get water! Dispenser trickles out! I spent an hour standing next to the machine holding the button waiting for five gallons to finish. They should have offered to trade the bottles in. Will never return! You can fill jugs at any grocery at a normal rate without even having to hold down the button entire time. Worst customer service. When I told the woman at the desk the dispenser was only trickling water she said it just happens sometimes.

We had them out because of some issues we were having with our water. They did a few test and said that our issues were due to hard water and we needed a system in. Sold us a new one and after a year we were still having the same issues. Brought in someone else and within an hour they figured out, fixed the issue and put the water softener on bypass. Since then we haven't had any issues. Now we need to get someone out to take the system out and see if we can recoup some of the loss.

Honest and friendly. We have had our system for a year and are very pleased. Glad we invested in having good water for us and our appliances. Highly recommend this company. The "salt guy" is very helpful and friendly.
