My son was visiting the cardiovascular center for a small hole in his heart. Of course my first time there so I got lost. The staff helped me out and they were very considerate & kind when I needed to breastfeed my son. However one of the doctors or resident doctors was too good to even return my greeting after I greeted him. He looked me right in the face only to dismiss me. I thought he was very snobbish since he had to impress the patrons with his index card memorizing skills. Nevertheless his supervisor was very helpful and I appreciated it.

I would have chosen no stars but can't. I'm not sure what kind of people gets hired but night shift switchboard operators have attitude problems that needs to be adjusted.
