For what I know the ENT department is 100% negligent and prejudice... To not properly treat a patient because he is mentally ill... Is totally unacceptable... I will personally look into this and I will make sure that you are held responsible!!! The law is the law and what you as a doctor promised to do upon gratuation in medicine goes against what you are doing with this patient... You should be in a job where you can not hurt anyone... Maybe with onions and not human beings... You are a disgrace to the doctor community in Vadalia and around the world... Take off your doctor coat and go work in the fields... Far... Far away from humans!!!

Went to the ER with mom. Wouldn't you know it!? There are masks, tissues, and sanitizer provided in the waiting area but NO ONE knows what to do with them. Security should have been present, instructing the sick ones to put them on do people with broken bones don't get the flu! The ER staff was great at taking care of my mom though. For that I am grateful.

Was there for 6 hours for them to prescribe my son a prescription that he was already on, which I had already given the list of medications he was on to the nurse. The Dr. Did not even give me the results of an xray that I was told twice that he would look and and let me know about. Main reason for going in was because my son is snorting a lot and clearing his throat and complaining about not being able to breathe good. They also did a strep test on him after the nurse was already told that he had been on antibiotics for 2 weeks. Next time we will go to Statesboro. Would not recommend this er.

I came in at 6pm with my 2 year old son who had a temperature of 103.9. There was only one person ahead of us when we arrived. There were 5 people who came in after us & they were all seen/called to the back before us. When I asked why, the answer was because "they don't have a room available for him"... Here it is 3 hours later & were still waiting. Smh... please don't waste your time here, the entire establishment is very unprofessional.
