Mr H. T. Went to the EGRMC ER due to chest pain and difficulty with breathing. He was quickly seen by admissions clerk and then. Triage Nurse. He was then taking to a treatment room where a nurse came in and took his vitals. DR. Bowers then came in and ordered chest X Ray, EKG and blood work. Everyone was very professional and kind and caring. When he mentioned he was cold a nurse brought in 2 warm blankets that warmed him up right away. All staff explained what they were doing and were more then kind and friendly in treating him.
Fortunately it was determined that He had Acute Bronchitis and given 2 prescriptions and told to call if He needed anything more.
I would rate the treatment and care That he was given as A+. And I thank all who cared for my husband so well and kindly.

This hospital is a joke. Dr. Sullivan had my daughter scheduled to come in on Sunday at 7pm to have her baby. The pavilion center didn't know anything about it. They kept telling us to call back, when we would call it was always call back later. We're from out of town so we had to rent a motel room for the night. They kept saying they were busy and didn't have room for her, so we finally just went back to motel. The hospital and Dr. Sullivan were not on the same page at all. We wasted $150 on motel rooms because they were supposed to take her Sunday evening not Monday morning. Very disappointed in the pavilion center. I would recommend a different hospital to have your baby

Worst wait time I have ever had to experience in a hospital. My mother had surgery here and we waited for 5 hours for her to get a room post surgery. We couldn't see her until she got a room. Staff lied saying they were getting her a room it would be ready in 30 minutes waited an hour to get told it'd be another 45 minutes for her to get into the room. If you need surgery do it somewhere else where you don't have such a long wait time and your family can see you in a timely manner after surgery.

Worst hospital in Ga....unprofessional rude rude rude....OnLy in ER. I should have stopped going there with my gallbladder incident. I was in so much pain and the ambulance brought me. I sat in the waiting room for hours on the floor in pain...remind you I was there two days before but they said my liver was too bad to get my gallbladder removed. NO HELP until I literally begged....Today no pain but went to triage to explain my problem the nurse cut me off an said the nurse will check it in a I don't give a damn attitude. Walked passed 10 empty rooms but was put in a suicide room. I asked why they said other rooms are full 😶 . There excuse for the long wait is they are busy !!! Doing what...all the nurses I see sitting in there seats doing twirls. Question if the rooms are so full and the nurses are so slow why not increase staff . I would wait if the attitude was better....But I will now take the extra drive to the surrounding hospitals because maybe there hospital is not new but they do know how to treat their patients. REMEMBER IF THERE NO PATIENTS THERE IS NO HOSPITAL...A WORKSHOP IN ETHICS , CULTURE DIFFERENCES AND MORALS. We as patients should not here the staff talk about other patients or hear them scold them for any reason...I really hope this is seen....BTW diverse your nurses all RN should not be one race. Js....#disappointed

Statesboro is fortunate to have this hospital that serves a large region of people. Our experience is positive, and staff was professional . It is clean- that means so much for quality care.
