Midtown Medical Center West Campus Hospital

By far the worst experience I have ever had. I hit a 18 wheeler on a motorcycle and there was no sense of urgency on any of the staff. I was left in the waiting room for 20 mine and was told to control my facial bleeding. Then they finally brought me back to a room where I sat for another 20-30 min. I started to pace and drip blood all over to get attention. A staff memeber noticed and asked if I could stop bleeding everywhere to where I replied I don’t know can I get a freaking nurse! Once the medical team examined me, they were inexperienced and a poor excuse to medical teams. The doctor left the room to take cell phone calls while She was in mid stitch, to a point where she had re numb my face before continuing. The X-ray technitions came to my room to x Ray my broken finger, but couldn’t see what the issue was, even though it was quite visiable of being broken. I got a cat scan of my head about an hour and to two hours after being there. Lastly they almost forgot to splint my broken finger, if my ride hadn’t remembered they wouldn’t have. They also almost let me go with out registering as well. Just a poor excuse of medical treatment, I’d rather deal with on post or VA doctors.

My experience at Doctor's hospital was absolutely amazing. The nurses were very sweet and attentive and I was never left waiting for anything I needed. I'm planning on having my third baby here with high hopes :)

Just had a baby girl here. The baby ward staff is awesome. The rooms aren't anything elegant, they could use some pick-me-up, but they work. The regular rooms have a spare bed for the husband at no charge.

Horrible experience!! My father was admitted here and died here, AFTERWARDS we learned that there is NO doctor at this hospital!! The few doctors that still admit patients here aren't even ALLOWED TO PRACTICE at the other hospitals in town!!! Even the Urgent Care only has limited hours that doctors are ACTUALLY available!! I don't know why this hospital isn't shut down! The staff are lazy, they have one patient for each nurse and they still don't answer call lights! The TRAVEL NURSE that they had working there said all the staff had left to the bigger hospital and that they only had 3 patients in the whole hospital! The nurses are getting paid to sit! MUST BE NICE
