The facility was clean and well kept. The doctors, nurses, nurse technicians, kitchen and janitorial staff provided seamless, courteous care for me. Each one performing their respective job functions while remaining team oriented and united. They saved my life. From ER, to ICU to a regular bed, as I transitioned throughout the hospital, the warm, friendly, professional and non judgmental care was present and remained constant throughout my stay. They saved my life. They valued my life. They cared for me. This hospital has terrible reviews and I don’t understand why. The reviews made me afraid but my fears dissolved because of my constant warm and loving care.

Where do I start? Yesterday, Wanda from scheduling called after 4:00 and left a message to remind me of my appointment and what I would be paying. She failed to hang up before saying to someone beside her (I guess) that she hates leaving messages and that I probably would not show up. I get there today, sign in, pay, put on a gown, have an IV line put in, answer all the background questions, have blood drawn and talk to the anesthesiologist. Then they tell me that the doctor who is supposed to do the procedure is in London and I’ll have to reschedule!?!?? I guess I can be grateful that they didn’t start the anesthesia before figuring that out.

Everyone at Southern Regional has always shown my husband and me tremendous respect and care on our visits. Everyone is incredibly friendly and the security officers are helpful and kind. I highly recommend Southern Regional to my family and friends, as I know they will receive exceptional care from a dedicated and caring staff.

This is the worst hospital in the metro Atlanta area. I gave it 1 star when I really don't want to give it any. The staff is a complete joke. Blatant violations of patients rights. If you have insurance, they will do their best to milk it as much as possible. More focus on insurance than patient care. This place should not even be called a hospital. It's disgusting on every level.

This hospital makes GRADY HOSPITAL LOOK REMARKABLE. The staff there is very unprofessional and assumes that everyone that is black is of the poor STATUS. The Lead Nurse Jennifer that works the Night shift need to go back to school for costumer service along with her friend Stacy. I would like to tell Nurse Natash she did an amazing job, she was the reason that we stayed. Thank you God my son wasn’t dying cause he would be dead!!!
They all need to take edtc classes
